The following conditions apply to all branded products offered and sold by GTC Control Solutions.
GTC is an independent supplier and service company. It is not affiliated with GE and is not an authorized distributor for GE.

"Factory New"
These products originate directly from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or are sourced directly from one of the OEM’s authorized distributors or authorized resellers. The products are new products in their original packaging. The OEM’s warranty will apply. In some cases, a GTC extended warranty may be available.

"New Surplus” or “Unused"
These products originate from independent third-party channels. The products have been verified by GTC to be genuine and unused in conformance with GTC’s Quality Assurance Program. Products in this category may include items that have been removed from unused complete modules or panels, or modules assembled, reassembled, or upgraded by GTC from unused component parts. The products are packed in GTC’s high quality packaging. These products are covered by GTC’s industry-leading Quality Assurance Warranty, unless otherwise specified. The products are not certified by the OEM. The OEM’s warranty does not apply.

"New Surplus” or “Unused"

These products originate from independent third-party channels.

These products originate from independent third-party channels, unless otherwise specified. These products go through GTC’s rigorous quality assurance process – functional and cosmetic repairs, component replacement, revision level updates, and other modifications may be made by GTC as needed and applicable to assure GTC’s quality standards are met for functionality and longevity of the products. The products are packed in GTC’s high-quality packaging. These products are covered by GTC’s industry-leading Quality Assurance Warranty, unless otherwise specified. The products are not certified by the OEM. The OEM’s warranty does not apply.

"Remanufactured” or “Refurbished"

These products originate from independent third-party channels, unless otherwise specified.
